select - Yes - option for custom design and add the product to your cart.
At the check out in order comments please provide us with as much information as possible
for your product for example:
Deceased Person’s full name
Address
Date of death
A photograph or multiple photographs, other imagery you would like to use Please email

Any other suggestions you may have
When we receive your information and order - we will create design of your product and
send you a proof by email so you can see the layout and comment on it. When you are
happy to approve to print, we will proceed with print.
