Personalised acknowledgement cards
An Acknowledgement Card is a nice way to let people know how much their empathy is appreciated. Any of our selection of more than 300 templates can be easily personalised using our unique online system. You can use our selection of templates or create your own design by by adding photographs, dates, details of your loved one and verses/prayers. Every element of the acknowledgement cards template design can be changed to suit your personal style. An order proof will be emailed next working day for either changes for approval to print.

We offer an option to laminate your acknowledgement cards for an extra charge. However, lamination is only available on special request and it may take longer to process your order.

To place your order for custom design please select relevant size, quantity etc and select - Yes - option for custom design and add the product to your cart. At the check out in order comments please provide us with as much information as possible for your product for example:
- Deceased Person’s full name
- Date of death
- A photograph or multiple photographs, other imagery you would like to use Please email to
- Poems, verses and anything else you would like us to include
- Any other suggestions you may have
When we receive your information and order - we will create design of your product and send you a proof by email so you can see the layout and comment on it. When you are happy to approve to print, we will proceed with print.
Price of the custom design include creating design of the product, basic & advance photo editing.
Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging. We offer a €6.50 flat delivery rate on all orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Free delivery applied on all orders over 55€. All orders are delivered to you in record time.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 5 days from the day the order has been approved.
All of our orders are dispatched through An Post or Fastway couriers and are usually delivered the following day of dispatch. All orders are supplied with a tracking number ;& usually but not always require a signature on receipt. Our aim is for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, however all delivery options are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines once parcels have been dispatched. If you have a specific query in relation to delivery please contact our Customer Service.
You will be notified by email with tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the package. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery we will notify you to contact the courier directly and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or arrange re-delivery.

Free sample of your order
We value your satisfaction and quality of our products. Therefore, once your order is paid in full, we will send you the first sample of your order via post for your approval. This way, you can see and feel the actual product before we proceed with the rest of your order. If you need any amendments after receiving the first sample, we will provide you with subsequent samples in digital format via email. This will save time and cost for both parties and ensure that you get the best results possible.
